Wink 2000 mile break-in; a different car

Let me know if this is discussed elsewhere.
I was a little dispointed for the first 2000 miles in the TSX. It seemed heavy, slugish, and had poor mileage. But recently the car seemed to change. It feels lighter, more responsive, even the mileage is good. With mixed city/hyway I'm getting 28mpg. And that is doing 80 on the freeway. No sissy footing by any means. Perhaps I'm first appreciating the car, but was wondering if others had similar experiences.

Wait till you get your first oil change. I swear the car isn't as loud or rough as it used to be.

Honda engines take anywhere from 5000 to 10,000 miles to "loosen up". It'll just get better

Oh and the best part is, it'll drive just as well at 100,000 miles if you treat it right.
