Will year 2005 17X8 inch Acura TL Wheels fit on a 1996 Acura TL 4-Door Sedan?

I'm going to be buying a 1996 Acura TL 4-Door Sedan. I have an awesome set of 17 inch 2005 Acura TL Wheels and 235/35/17 tires.

Will they fit on the 1996 Acura TL? Or do I need to make any modifications????

So you are going to buy a car based on the set of rims you have?

To answer your question, it will fit 5 lug 3.2TL only. You might experience some rubbing mainly in the rear but you can fix that by running 225 tires instead of 235 all around OR buy rolling the rear wheel wells if you want to keep the tire size same..

no. 2.5 TLs are 4 lug. 05 TLs are 5 lug.

Yes the 2005 TL rims will fit a 3.2TL, no mods. Except I had to roll my rears.

It says in his signature. Its a 1998 3.2TL.

Yes 1998 3.2. I had to roll then rears so I do not have rubbing using the Gen3 5 spoke rims.
