How do I take my tire off once I took my lugs off? 96 TL

Is there a wheel key to take this tire off my 96 TL?

No, once you get all the lugs off, stand up and kick the tire on the rubber part. It should break free

A light layer of either rust or grime has accumulated between the wheel and hub.
agreed with poster above , either kick or give the wheel a hearty jiggle
