please help!!!

i hope someone can help me with this so my car vibrates when it get to about 35-45 mph or around the time it changes into third gear and after that it stops. depending on how hard im pressing on the gas depends on how violently it vibrates... someone told me it could be the transmission filter but i wanted to get more opinions, any input would be great!!!!!!
