P1660 A/T-FI Data Line Failure/TCM - ECM Halt

I was on my home from the beach last night and i got off the highway and it felt like the car hit a brick wall. Then when i started to go from the light the car would rev. to about 2 or 3 and would take a while to start moving. The check engen light came on and i pulled the codes
P0135 Primary Heated Oxygen Sensor (Primary HO2S) (Sensor 1) Heater Circuit Malfunction
P1491 Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Valve Insufficient Lift
P1660 A / T-FI Data Line Failure / TCM - ECM Halt
After which i did some searching and i checked the fuse panal by the drivers side feet and the ecu fuse was blown, but the one under the hood was not.
I replaced that fuse and i could start the car again and drive but once turned of the fuse would be blown and not start.
I don't know if anyone has had this problem or knows anything about it but any help would be great. I am going to go home after work and clean the egr as it was a little dirty when the head gasket and timing belt were done.
Thanks
Will

P1660 ATchk line malfunction code

I was driving home in a heavy rainstorm and hit a deep puddle on the highway. I felt like I hit a wall of water, the check engine light came on and the transmission downshifted to 3rd and remained there till I got home. The next morning, the starter wouldn't bump and the shifter wouldn't go out of park. Lot's of troubleshooting later, I got the error code and read the solution on this forum. The internal ECU fuse by the driver's feet was blown. I replaced the fuse, and everything worked normally. Thanks!
