you may want to look at the a/c pulley. My a/c pulley had a prob of not turning. it would turn, become stuck and then turn again. I had to have it shimmed because the inside rubber gasket had become worn. I could have replaced the whole pulley but was told not necessary.

I had a similar problem. One of my fans was running rough. I could feel the vibrations from the fan while I was driving at low speeds. It turned out that the fan motor had gone bad - it had a play in it. In my case it was the radiator fan motor.
You need to determine which fan is running rough. The one on the passenger side is for the radiator and the one on the driver side is the condensor fan. They have different motors. I would suggest check for play in the fan. The fan itself is not too expensive, it's the motor that will cost you $$. I paid approx. $140.00 for the radiator fan motor(not a Honda/Acura one).

thanks guys. the fan really runs rough when I run the a/c. I checked the fan on the passagener side, it is lose. and the driver's side is tight. So I guess I will change it out when I change out the radiator.

where can I get a fan? Is it dfficult to change? thanks again.

This is for a 1998 2.5TL. You can change the the year and type and check for yours:
http://www.acuraoemparts.com/delray/jsp/prddisplay.jsp?inputstate=5&catcgry1=TL&catcgry2=1 998&catcgry3=4DR+PRE2.5&catcgry5=RADIATOR+(SAK)&Li stAll=All&vinsrch=no

If your fan is loose, but there is no damage to the blades or the housing, then I think it's the motor that has a play, in which case, you'll just have to change the motor not the fan. I never changed the fan on mine.

You can easily find an aftermarket one. I know that Autozone has one. I bought mine from a local foreign carparts shop called M&D. It cost me approx 140 bucks. The autozone people may ask you whether you've a SAK or a Denso radiator - if you've stock radiator in your car, I think it'll be written on the radiator cap whether it's a SAK or a Denso. In my case, though I had a SAK radiator, a generic radiator fan motor for the 2.5TL fit perfectly.

Thanks guys. I took the fan out and changing the motor. I thought it would be difficult. but it was easy to take out of the car. now the screws was hard and I needed to use a nut and bolt type. bout to put the fan back on after the holiday.

thanks again for you guys support and advice. o I also cleaned out my radiator too. about time i guess.
