Car listing to the right pretty bad
So here is the dilema...
- I purchased Eibach Pro-Kit lowering springs (set of 4) along with 4 KYB GR-2 Struts from Advance Auto Parts
- I paid Merchants T&A to install these parts in December of 2008
- I have the car in the shop right now because of severe front end vibration that they have determined to be an improper alignment which they are going to fix however...The car is listing to the passenger (right) side visibly, and they tell me that there is a measurable difference of about .4"-.8" difference between right and left sides.
I know that this is not what it should be. The stock height was the same between right and left and the springs wouldn't change that unless they weren't installed improperly....so....what do I do. I feel like Merchants isn't being honest with me at all (which they are now telling me that they don't have any mention of them installing the springs on the car just the struts on the ticket), but I'm not an A.S.E. certified mechanic so I don't know whether they will accept my argument as valid or not. Suggestions?
