AC/Heater Fan Dead??? I'm freezing my...off!
Hey guys,
So I was driving my car on the freeway and noticed the inside temp kept getting cooler and cooler (22 degrees F outside). My climate control was on 85 and the fan speed was on "high", but I noticed no air was coming out. I pulled over, checked it out and determined the fan had died. About 5 minutes later, it kicked on (and kinda scared me) on at full speed and everything seemed to work fine.
It's done this twice more in the past week but the most recent time hasn't resulted in the fan coming back on.
Is it likely that a fan motor would run, then not run as a precursor to it dying? Wouldn't it just burn up and die completely? Is it a loose connection by chance? Anyone know where to look???
Thanks!!!

Thanks for posting your fix. I've been dreading possibility of this on my 2.5TL. I think blower motor is $300-400 from Acura, and installation is several hrs of tedious work, requiring AC discharge and evaporator removal.
good luck
