I think the cruise and ABS are related. When I get time I have to fix those issues on my 96, 3.2TL. The other stuff will be easier, but I don't have time to make any suggestions. Texas Honda is a good person to ask, but you may not be able to use PM til you have 5 posts. Good luck.

Response: There are two horns. Check for power getting to horns. They could be unplugged. If no power to horns, relay (pax side relay on kick panel wall. most forward relay in outer row of 6 relays) probably has bad contacts and should be replaced.
2. for some reason the power door locks do not work weather ur trying to open the doors with the keys or using the main switch inside of the car.
Response: Check fuse 32 in underhood fuse box. This could be either a faulty security control unit or possibly faulty keyless door lock control unit. I assume pax door lock switch doesn't work either. You will have to remove glove box to access the keyless door lock control unit. A shop manual is essential to locate and diagnose (helminc.com). There's an 18 wire connector that must be removed and extensive electrical diagnostics to locate faults in door wiring/locks/switches. If all tests are good the control unit is the problem and must be replaced.
3.cruize control doesnt work (abs light on)....
Response: Get ABS code. ABS probably unrelated to cruise. I don't see any link.
Cruise could be many things, and again manual is essential. Many times mechanical issues; broken/missing vacuum actuator line, electrical connection, bad cruise on/off switch, bad column set/resume/cancel switch can be the problem. Vehicle Speed Sensor (VSS) will disable cruise but the Check Engine Light should be set ON.
Manual is about $75 which is best investment you can make to enable DIY repairs.
good luck
