1996 Acura TL 2.5l problems after changing starter, please help!
 

Hello, so we have a 1996 Acura 2.5 tl that we just changed the starter on this past weekend. As you probably know, the starter is complicated to get to on this car and my uncle had to take the top of the engine and stuff off to get to it. It took him 2 days to do and apparently there were some things that he didn't remember undoing that he just didn't hook back up or whatever 🙄 he said they wouldn't keep the car from running, and well yea the car runs but now it's all out of whack. It idles really rough now, lower than usual I'm guessing but he said it was just because the computer needed to catch back up, it's shifting really hard when we first started going from a stop position, the shifter is stuck in park when and we have to stick the key in the shift unlock to get it to neutral so we can shift it, the windows and gauges were working at first but now the power windows don't work, the rpm gauge don't work (so we can't tell what it's idling at anymore obviously), the temp gauge don't work, and the lock doesn't work (don't know about radio we don't have one in there). We don't know what to do and we don't have a/c so some window privileges would be awesome. Can anyone help??? Thank you!
