Omfg... Ima Lose My Mind
...If i dont get my car back soon, ima go insane.my baby is sitting down at westerly auto body getting all the little dumb scatches and door dents from assholes in shopping center parking lots and a little bit of rust that started around the rear driver side wheel well from the waether strip holding in crap... i have a rent a car.... A NEON... and it drives like shit. you need to be a wieght lifter to turn the thing and believe it or not... i thought my car was shitty on gas.... this one is empty on 130 miles!!!! HOLY F&CK(NG S$@T!!!!! its been there since tuesday night and wont be done till monday... longest days of my life... HAHA!!! anyways ill post some pics when its done

Holy crap, another RI member with their first gen at the body shop with a rental neon. Cept I've had mine since Jan17, gah.
I completely forgot about a bit of rust I had, maybe I'll ask them about it before they start painting if I can get by there.
Haha, the steering is really heavy compared to the 2.5, it's a bit of a pain. Mine is pretty good on gas though, beat on it, 25mpg or so, woot!
When the weather gets bad though, the thing is a fucking fight to drive, you had to drive it in any rain/wind yet?

Thanks for backing me up beebster.
Anyway yeah 3 gears. There's a hill near where Carmax is located. As I was going up the hill with consistent pressure on the gas, the car slowly stopped making any gains so it downshifted. But the downshift put it near redline so it upshifted. It did this charade about three times before I cleared the hill. All without me ever changing accelerator pressure. POS.

Yeah, way cheap on dodge's part. But no different then what jeep has been putting in the wrangler for years(finally they removed their heads from their asses).

i have no before pic tho. what i got done is the drivers side door and drivers side rear door, passenger side molding strip and driver side rear quarter panel. the weather strip acura uses on the rear wheel well SUCKS ASS!!! almost the whole quarter panal was rusted and its from that friggin strip holding in the moisture. hopefully this prevents it from coming back
