Instructions on how to wire those lights..

1. Pull the little panel on the left of the steering (the one with dimmer switch) out.
2. Take white dimmer switch connector out and tap a wire into the red wire. NOTE: a SOLID RED wire.
3. Connect the power line to the one side of bulb and ground the other side with some bare metal under dash.
4. Put your bulbs where you want them and you are done...

Nice!

That sucks about your fog light.

Spend the money and get H3c bulbs. I went through like 5 pairs of H3 bulbs before I spent the money and got H3c bulbs.

So those LEDs stay on whenever the dash lights are on?

Dang, great job on everything. It makes the car a lot more "modern". That's a very nice stereo unit too.

Thanks.
I have a spare set of headlights which came with fog light bulbs(I realized about that this morning) so I just used one out of that one..

Yes, they stay on when ever dash lights are on but they turn off when the (dimmer switch) dash lights are at full glow and they glow more when dash lights are at the lowest level...

You know I m the laziest mofo out there... I want to do side markers but I am lazy to to them. I was lazy to install stereo and lights too but I had my friend at my place. He kinda forced me to start on this one.. About the ipod I am lazy to take out the center console and I hate when shit doesn't doesn't go in right as it should be..

What I did is I didn't put any additional switch in there. I powered them through the dimmer switch so that I can dim or even turn them off if I want to. Using glove box light is just another way to do but you cannot turn them off unless u take the wires off...

About the bass controller I know what are you saying but it doesn't bother me and its easy to reach and I can't really see it when I am in the car so I don't really care for it..

Heheh, chances are I won't be doing any real modding for a good long while. Here's a picture of my LAST car... with the interior make-over gone very, very wrong:

The problem was, I had an idiot mix the paint. It was supposed to be an adriatic blue that matched the new headliner and the carpet exactly... well, I have no paint that'll do it if I ever get around to doing it. But that would involve doing a total transplant between the two 95 Altimas.

I've gone pretty hardcore I'd say, and I know what can go wrong when you do it. Above picture as emphasis. I even took the ceiling console out of a 98 Jimmy and put it in my ceiling. Works pretty well and is even wired right, even though the temp gauge and compass don't work (yet).

Real pity I didn't have the cash to do everything right the first time, but that's all something that comes with experience.

However, your TL looks really damned nice with those little additions. .... It's just going to be a while til I get to it.
