I have resently come into posession of some xenon bulbs H4 12v 100/80w would these be to much for my car? I read a post a few weeks ago about somebody frying their harness with 90w my cousin had these in his civic si.. should I use them?

i'LL TELL U FROM EXPERIENCE. DONT USE THEM. I HAD THE SAME ONES. XENON. AND SAME WATTS U TALKING ABOUT. IT WILL BURN HARNES OUT. U NEED TO UPGRADE WIRING/HARNES IF U WANT MORE WATT. HOPE THAT HELPS.

You should be able to get an upgraded wiring harness for $30-$50. I used the aftermarked Xenon halogen bulbs for 3 years and never had a problem with them. Here is a site the I got most of my things from: http://www.competitionlimited.com. Either that, or you can look on eBay.
