Damaged sidewall I believe. Hit a bump in the road at high speed probably. I think you should look into a replacement. Don't know if it a must or not, but probably is.

krayziedxc,
Yes..you should replace the tire. the integrity of the sidewall of the tire has been compromised (like random thought said..probably d/t to hitting something at speed or just a faulty tire). Those buldges can lead to tire blow out when driving at speed and thus loss of control. Sometimes those buldges happen, but more often than not in cheaper manufactured tires...

most likely you went over something at a high speed. release some air until you get new tires. if you dont release some air, you may risk it blowing up on you while you drive - not safe at all

I had the same problem with my Toyo Proxes 4 tires on my Infiniti G35.
In my case, I had to replace them twice at $175 a piece!
It took 2 tires for me to finally figured out the problem. I had to inflate my tires 2-3 units less than the factory's recommendation, and so far I dont experience any bumps on the sides even after riding on potholes. I guest, it needs some space to flex in potholes. One thing to remember is to wait for your tire to cool down to check the pressure. Otherwise you're not going to get an accurate reading.
Note that if you do have bumps on the side walls of your tires, the symptoms are similar to a bent axle or warp rotors. Mine, when I reached 55MPH and up, my steering wheel started shaking/vibrating.goodluck.

those bumps WILL lead to a blown tire on the freeway bro. I had them on one of my tires and the repair shop was surprised that I made it after driving a week on the freeway!
