Whats the FCC id number for the 3.2 TL remotes?
What is the fcc id number for the 1st gen 3.2 TL keyless entry remote? When I bought my 97 3.2 tl I didnt get the remote. So Im heading to ebay once I find the fcc id. So if anyone knows it or can look on the back of their remote, I'd really appreciate it.

KOBUTA1T is what (I think) it says on the back of mine. I ordered it through keylessride.com ( http://www.keylessride.com/order/cho...=1997&model=TL ). They have an OEM remote for $63.00 + s/h. I think mine was $77 all said and done and programming it was a breeze, just look here : https://acurazine.com/forums/showthread.php?t=84352 . for that matter, shop around you might find a better deal.
I just looked at what they had on ebay, I get leery of used stuff, could be that the guy I got my TL from didn't tell me the key fob was mashed until after he cashed the check for the car
If you can wait a few days, get the new OEM remote, it'll last longer and you'll know where it's been.
