What engine oil is good for average or high mileage for 2.5 & 3.2 ?

 

I usually go with Mobil 1 High Mileage, 10W-30 for my 2.5

 

I used to run GReddy GR-2 in my 3.2 but I got tired of paying $10 a quart for blue oil. I'm back to Castrol now.

P.S. The only real synthetic from Mobil 1 is now their high mileage synthetic. The regular "full" synthetic switched to a cheaper base.
