Tune-up Question

I had my 98 2.5TL for a year now and am thinking of getting a tune-up in the next several months (need to save money to do so.) In the meantime, I will be asking local shop for estimates. How much is an average tune-up you guys experience and more importantly, what do I need to expect or look for from a tune-up in that estimate, ie. spark plugs change, rotor and distributor cap change, oil, etc.? Any help is appreciated.

Not sure if this applies to you, but I brought my 96 2.5TL into the dealer during the extended emission warranty (14yrs/150,000miles) and received a free tune up several years ago. IIRC they changed spark plugs, wires, distributor cap/rotor, oil, and filter. My exhaust manifold was cracked, so I had them replaced that too as well.

if you have a 3.2 there is no dizzy... the coil packs just sit on each cylinder, so just change the spark plugs...

i would do a full fluid change (tranny, diff, engine, brake)
spark plugs, and air filter
