tranny click
I know there are alot of posts about tranny problems but I cant find any that really answer my question.
A little over a year ago I sunk a new tranny in my 98 3.2 for close to 3 grand. Ever since Im a little paranoid when I hear a strange noise (or any noise for that matter) coming from my car, cause I really cant afford another tranny. Recently I started hearing a little click. It happens when I take the car out of park and into rev or d4, or shift from d4 to rev and vice versa. As well I can hear the same sound when Im driving and come to a stop. I LOVE my car and take very good care of her but Im gonna have to let her go if Im just gonna be sinking cash into her. Especially when most of my money goes toward my car payment anyway. Money well spent though.
Any knowledge you all can drop on me is greatly appreciated.

Yeah, I would have to say that every car I have ever driven has made some sort of noise when shifting out of Park or Reverse. If its not smoking, stalling, slipping, jerking, or making a loud loud loud noise I would leave it alone... Did the shop that replaced the tranny give you a warranty? If so they may be able to check it out for free! Good luck to you!
