Tire Sizes

What is the average tire size you guys are riding on? Can we have 215/50 17 without rub with the eibach prokit? Also is anyone riding on 215/45 17? How is the ride?

yeah i have the 215-45-17 and the ride isnt bad at all ... i think that the tire is too thick ( meaning the sidewall) but its all a matter of preference

Will you send me a pic of the wheels and tires you have so I can see how they look. My girl wants 17" on her prelude, she doesnt want any big wheels that she would have to worry about. I suggested 19" But she wants a smaller wheel with a bigger tire. Your wheel and tire setup is perfect for her.

you also have to remember that the speedometer will be off if you pick a bigger-than-normal size tire. so, you cant arbitrarily pick a size without considering the possibility of your speedomter being inaccurate...if it is off, then youre going to have a lot of problems with speeding tickets. there was a dodge(?) site that was a wheel and tire calulator that gave you the correct size to get if you want a certain rim size...i dont have the link but maybe someone will post it to this thread...
