first off my car is a 1996 3.2 TL
i have a set of 18x7.5 giovanna corsicas that i bought off dom(96TL). the tires on a couple rims had bubbles in them. no big deal.
the tires on there were 225/40/18
now
i can get a free set of 245/45/18 dunlop top of the line tires.

questions
1. will that tire fit on my rim?
2. will it rub?
3. is it gonmna sit outside the wheel well?
4. anything else i should know?

i hope you guys can help me

1. Yes, but they might be too big for the wells and the speedo will be way off.
2. Yes
3. Probably, but the fenders will cut off any extra.
4. Just the speddo thing.

Got to http://www.sgmotorsports.com/tiresize.htm#TireSize to check for the conversion.

Find someone who has 18"ers and ask them...personally, I'd go with 17".
