Timing Belt kit...where to buy?

I scheduled an appt. to have my timing belt done. I have 108k on my 96', its more than ready!
WHere should I purchase the kit? I want to get the water pump too.

Anything I should know about?

I was quoted $350 for labor. Plus whatever I spend on parts. Seems fair to me.

I would like to hear from you all before I go ahead and let my mechanic do it.
