TCS in the winter?
How well really does your TL do in the winter?
Just snowed a good 3" here and the roads are horrible. My TL is just sliding everywhere, but I finally got the feel to control the sliding. I notice the TCS really doesnt do jack $hit. It might help somewhat, but im better off starting it in 2nd instead of 1st. With all the low end this car has, I just end up spinning the tires without even trying, even when its just wet on the road, no snow.

Hasn't snowed up here yet, but with cheap snows on my car last year, car was pretty good. Not as good as My Integra was with the Toyo G-03 snows, but still not bad. Got stuck last year in the snow 2.5 hours from home with my 18's on the car still...THAT sucked, thank goodness it was a business trip so the company paid for the hotel, but still a pain in the butt. Learned my lesson, wait till the END of March to put them back on!! haha!

On ice and snow, pretend an egg is between your foot and the gas pedal. Use 2nd gear if necessary to start. I haven't had any major problems in snow or ice.
