Solutions to front drver/pass window scratching
Has anybody cleaned/ replaced the felt in the door that guides the windows up and down?
How about any costs for bringing the car into the dealer to fix?
I just had my drivers window replaced by the guy where my girl purchased her car from, but I don't want to have to replace the window again, I want to fix the problem.
Thanks for your help.
James

What I did for the fronts.
I took off the door panel and I loosened the screw that holds the thingy that
puts pressure on the window.
So now it does'nt touch the window. I already had the scratches but, it does'nt scratch anymore.
The window does rattle if I have the window down when I close the door.
All I do is close it lightly. There is no prob when I drive with the window down,
