Self alignment technique?
Hi,
I was wondering if any knows of any technique to do you own wheel alignment.
And where is the thing that I adjust?
You see, my plan is this,
at first, I count the number of threads like when you adjust the coilovers and write that down. Then bring it to a shop to do an alignment.
When I bring it home, I then count the thread again to get the new value and use that number for my alignment. What do you guys think? Will this work?
Thanks.

It might, but nothing is fail proof, The best thing to do would be to shell out the 50 or so bucks for an allignment, most places will warranty the allignment for 10,000 miles or so, then when you reach that point tell them you feel some vibration and they will do it again for free... Most allignments are computerized anyway, and the slightest offset could destroy a set of tires! Good luck tho!
