Seafoam

Seafoam
Haven't been on the board in a long time since my TL got broken into and my Navi unit stolen.
I haven't driven the car since March and I recently started it and noticed after driving it that it has an extremely rough idle. The car virtually shakes if at a standstill or at any traffic intersection when stopped. Furthermore, when I start driving again, It also jerks abit and the power doesn't pick up till a lil later on. It feels like the engine is somehow clogged.
Anyhow, has anyone ever experienced this? If so did you use seafoam in your engine to cure the clogged problem? Did it take cure of the issues? I have to go for an emission test very soon and I'd like to take care of this problem. I'd appreciate any feedback possible. Thanks

you have bad fuel from sitting, pour a can of seafoam in the tank and drive it out
Then do the can of seafoam in the vac line method- see gen2 seafoamed the ol TL thread for details
you should be fine then

What could possibly cause this? I've driven the car the past 2 days and even put in fresh gas with the same problem. I will try your suggestion. Thanks for your feedback. Its very much appreciated.
