RI inspection/ HID headlights

hey everyone just thought id let you know i passed RI inspection today with my 6000k HID headlights....i didnt think i would but somehow it worked..is this normal?

They probably though it was a dealer installed option, haha.

6000k, yeah I have halogen bulbs with that kelvin in my fog lights . . .

A tinted bulb will not give true colour temp. Realistically, you're closer to 4500K but with a much lower light output, probably around 1000lm, or less.
