Recharge AC anyone?
Hi folks.
Does anyone know how to recharge the AC on the 2.5?
It would save a few dollars doing it alone, leaving extra money for other mods.
Can we have a tutorial with pics on this?
thanks.

Problem is not charging AC, but knowing whether a recharge will do good or harm. What are your symptoms? Doctor's don't hand out pills w/o understanding the problem, and neither do I.
good luck

Well put. You need to know the exact problem otherwise recharging the ac will cause more problems than good. Since you are asking the question, meaning you have not done it before, I would suggest not to do it yourself if you could find a shop to do it with a decent price.

I'm not interested with the symptom issues. Or whether or not I'd done it before matters. I'm just interested in the process of recharging the AC for the 2.5 TL.
Like, what parts or equipments do we need? Where are the high/low port? Steps, process, and techniques, ect? Once I know the process then I can assess whether or not its worth going El cheapo!

Don't get peeved, he's trying to help you, although his response could have been better.
The fact that you had to ask makes it appear that you have limited knowledge of hvac systems. Not every problem is solved by adding refrigerant.
Answer the question and we can probably help you with whatever the problem is.
