That site lists recalls and service bullitins for 1997 Acura TL with 3.2. Could I go to a dealership and ask them to replace/repair the recalled parts/problems would they be obliged to cover the costs?

I really want to know about this one, because I believe that is the problem with my car After it rains/gets washed, there is a ton of water up front that sloshes around and slowly leaks out instead of draining at a decent rate.

No update on this, though tomrorow I may go to the dealership about the one which I highlighted.

I don't know if they would be obligated to do anything about Service Bulletins, but they covered the Safety section for free for me.

Also, you can ask about an emmisions package that should include new spark plugs/wires/oil/filter change, I got mine for free

BTW: I am the second owner of my car and I had no problem.

The thing is, the recall is on the car itself. So it really doesnt matter who owns it cause the recalls affect the car not the owner. At least thats the way i see it.
