Radiator fan
 

okay, I noticed a problem with my rad fan. It doesn't come on at all except when i turn on the ac in the car. I've also noticed that the other fan doesn't come on as well when the car has been parked after running. I checked the fuse box under the hood and on the driverside panel and they're both fine. Do you guys know what the problem might be?

I mean the only time both fans work is when i turn on the A/C . Any help would be appreciated.
