problem starting up

problem starting up
ok first thing i never had amp install. it work out good on starting the car up. im thinking the battery is teh cause of this. so when my subs are in and amp is in the battery ,all of sudden i get bad start up..2 clicks..i replace the starter last years. so it couldnt be it..what you suggest.

O man! it got to be the dam stupid starter..gotta replace again damit!! i have a emission coming up..will that fail if my starter dont work..when they get into my car and try to start it?anybody? just wondering..

Is your amp grounded to the negative on the battery, or to chassis? If the former, change it to the latter, and make sure your battery cables are tightened properly. I fixed mine with a pair of well-placed screws.

A bad starter will only affect emissions testing in the following way: pissing off the other customers since they have to wait for the tech to try and start your car, hehe.

lol, it start up after two click and then the 3rd turns,well i can do it anytime before jan.2007 cuz i still get a free retest after it fail.
