After 4 great years, it was time to move on. I will always love that TL. I almost purchased a 2003 BMW 330CI, but had a change of heart, and got a 2003 CL Type S. For what I'm getting in the CL blows away what I would have got in the BMW. Like the Accord, it was tought getting rid of the TL. My bro just got the 2006 Lexus IS250, its freakin loaded. I included a pic of that as well at the bottom. Here are a few pics of the CL,

Yeah I'm pretty excited. Don't worry guys, I'll still be here daily. I took some last pics of the TL, which I will post. I just had to upgrade man, haha. I will say, the 1st TL was the BEST damn car I ever owned!!!

congrats mike... it hurts to lose another fellow first gener... but im glad u stayed in the family... did the TL get traded in??? u know u going to go broke now that u have the CL-S.. so much more available to do than our cars...

 

The IS350 is the head turner. The IS250 is a great car too and matches the old IS300 in performance.

The RX400h (SUV) is Lexus' only current hybrid.

 

mike if you dont mind telling, how much were you able to get for the TL?

 

Eeek. Automatic tranny? Those aren't supposed to hold up too well in the 2nd gen TL and CL.

Still love the choice though. Nice.

 

Yeah I just got home. I love it. I got $5K for the TL, without the mods. Yeah honeslty im not going to do too much to this CL, other then tint, wheels, stuff like that. I'll post pics soon.

 

I love that CL man. Those are really classy cars.

My next car will be the IS350, lexus is really coming out with some amazing vehicles.

technically those are CL-S rims.. there is a lip on the CL-S rims compared to the TL-S

So I reiterate, Mike's CL has TL-S rims. But that's great because those are probably the best looking ones! So good, as a matter of fact, that new Honda Accord 6MTs (both sedan and automatic) have them.
