painting rims black

should i do that? or is it stupid? i have the stock rims so, i thought it might look good on a white car? idk what kind of paint to use. if anyone has done it before tell me if it works or post pics please. thanks

Go to a salvage yard and find a wheel from a totaled TL and try it out. There is a DIY on how to paint your wheels I believe in the 2nd gen section.

i done it. my stock prelude wheels i bought. you can buy wheel paint. it easy but i would take off the tires. after that cold ass weather i been thur that shit chip off on me. so bump giving the wheels to my bro.

make sure you sand it down to smooth before apply paint. first i did primer ,den i did 5 wheel paint coats silver, den 10 clear coats ,hahah shiney

just straight up black would be ugly as hell.. maybe some gunmetal or something would look good if done right.

Maybe I'm old fashioned but I hate colored wheels. I like to stick with chrome or silver. none of that drifting looking wheels for me.

u did all those coats and it still chipped???
