Just bought a 96 TL from a Acura dealer in Cleveland, Ohio. Has 55,00 miles. noticed that it was overheating during my drive home from the dealer. I took it back and they assured me that it is covered in my 90 day 3,000 mile warranty. They replaced the thermoststat today, but that did not solve. Any ideas from anyone?

Do all of the above...
1) Have then check the fan plus
2) Check the sensors that kicks the fan on
3) have them flushing the coolant after they get done with it or at least bleed it.
If the car over heats again, as a temp way of bringing down the temperate of your engine to keep from damage turn the heater on without A/C on FULL Fan blast.
It'll get hot in the car but it will bring the engine temperature down and will allow you to drive it out of harms way of traffic.
Also having Air pockets in the cooling system will cause the temp guage to show high temp so bleeding the cooling system might be needed after the coolant flush.

Same happened to me
You know the same problem happened to me and the shop basically replaced the radiator. That seemed to have solved the problem. The radiator I guess was plugging up and not allowing the water through.
