Oil in Spark Plugs

About a year ago, I replaced Valve cover gasket and all the plug seals because there were some oil in two plugs. I did not check to see if it had stoppedleaking oil.
Well, I was changing plugs yesterday and and I found oil in two plugs again.

Do I need to just change the seals or you think there is s major issue?
