Nosie when pressing on the brakes

There is a strange nosie when pressing on the brakes, when i come to a stop the noise goes away. I just recently had my rear brakes done. After i drive for sometime the sound goes away, but if the car has sat for sometime and i drive it again the sound starts back. I thought it might be dirty brake lines or air in the lines. Does not sound like rotor problems?
