Whats up fellow TL'ers!! my first time on here ever so just bear with me if i ask dum questions.

Just bought a 96 2.5 TL, 147kms, for 12 000 cdn. NO mods....yet! hehe.

One question...my sister has a 2000 3.2 TL, and she is trading it in for a M5. Im thinking of asking her for the factory wheels from her ride. Will it fit?, and will the BMW dealers know that it's not the original wheels when she trade it??

I havent insured it yet coz of the long weekend...but dam. cant wait to drive it from what im hearing so far.

nope 2.5 has 4 lugs 3.2's have 5 lugs

 

That's quite an upgrade she's making. TLs are nice but M5s are awesome

 

yeah they are nice. Probably getting a used one.

Now that's one tradeup I would love to make!! I love my 3.2, but M5, DAMN! That's the shiznit!!!!

 

But oh as for the rims, Titan is right about the bolt pattern and even if they did fit, I'm pretty sure the dealer would notice, even a BMW dealer, cause there are quite a few newer TL's out there.

 

oops...i was wrong..it was the M3 not M5 my sister wanted :P
