You can get the plugs for the license plate holes from the dealer for about $5 painted. That's what I did...

I ordered some from my dealer and they gave me a couple black ones and told me that was how they came. I went to another dealer and asked for a pair that they took off new car when it got shipped. They gave me a white pair (I have a '98 WDP 3.2TL) from an RSX for free, and they match great. They look a lot better then having those bolt holes!

Mine came black too, but they painted 'em for free.

That being said, I was pressure-washing my car, and I peeled the paint off the plug. Oops!
