Need remote, remote was lost and i need a new one...
A couple of quick questions:
• I need to get a factory remote for my alarm. Where would yall recommend getting one? The plastic piece that holds the alarm pad to the key chain broke and I lost it. I'm sure the dealer would charge an arm and a leg. Can you program the factory alarm?
• Has anyone ever REPLACED the factory alarm? I went to a car audio place the other day and they said an alarm could be installed but it would have to be BEHIND the factory alarm – both alarms would have to be setup together. Is this true? I just need BASIC alarm to unlock the doors and disable the engine. Nothing else.
Thanks a lot!!!

I got my remote from www.keylessride.com. Price was pretty good ($81 shipped) but it took forever because it was backordered. However, the unit is just as expected and even came with programming instructions (I know we have them here but it showed some credibility on the part of the company).
