WTF, weird, on my way home, and I'm like uhhh my fogs aren't on and the switch is on. You guys think they burned out at the same time?

kinda sounds weird having both lamps burnt at the same time.. i'm guess it might be out because of your custom re-wiring on the fog lamps..

The fuse that controls your fogs controls your marker lights, guage cluster lights and tail lights (not break lights though), and i guess the lights that light up by the gear shifter. I found this out as i rewired my fogs wrong and burnt out the 15 amp fuse that's called the "small light" fuse in the fuse box. I bet the bulbs burnt out. My stock ones burnt out 3 days within each other, and the crappy aftermarked ones i got did the same thing within 2 months. I learned to pay more for the better bulbs.
