I have the same problem man. Basically, its like a shuttering feel when sitting at idle, right? I have heard many things, but one that you didnt mention is the engine mounts. Basically, I have heard that the engine mounts have something to do with the rough idle. Im sorry I dont have more info for you, but hopefully someone can back me up or come up with another answer.

I think the rough idle has to do with the fact that since the engine is five cylinder it's not balanced when it fires (two on one fire and three on the second). How the engine mounts come into that is because they're special made to compensate for the uneveness. I think they work hydraulically. But maybe yours aren't working properly so what you feel is just the uneven firing of the engine.

If when i shift from say park down to drive and my engine like shakes could i have a possible motor mount broken or maybe this is a tranny problem.
P.S. Tranny fluid was changed 5,000 miles ago.
