hey guys, i managed to puncture a very very very small hole in the front dash of my car(a little below the wood strip on the passangers side). most of the material is there but now im scared a kid or a drunk friend is going to pick at it and make it more of an issue. has anyone done minor repairs like this? I was thinking a type of glue that would just reinforce the area but im scared of it turning super ugly!

its a very small tear, sorta like a miniture bullet hole. you can see a tiny amount of the foam liner but it isnt a big deal to be visible.
