Go90go, last month I rear-ended an SUV that decided to come to a full stop on a four-lane highway. Everyone is AOK save the Acura, which needs $5k of work. So I pass the odometer torch to you, mate.
Now I drive an Isuzu! I wanted something Japanese I could move house with. My streak of great cars at great deals continues, but it is a mixed blessing.

Problems: Missing 1 tranny mount... everything else is solid just need to give it a nice polish and wax then find the rattles... but with 1,000 watt rms Audiobahns in the back (two 12's) are not helping...
MPG... i don't even track that no more... i'm sure i'm not getting near what you guys get... but i don't care, i love this car...

Mad Mileage
I am the original owner of a 98' (mostly stock) 3.2TL. I keep her clean as a whistle. She has 146,000 miles and has only (knock wood) required replacement of the thermostat for $26.

'96 2.5TL with 218k....owned since '97 as the second owner (had 16k when purchased as certified preowned). I just gave it to my oldest son who is in highschool. I went out and splurged on a nice "new" '98 2.5TL with "only" 94k !

UPDATE! 256,000 miles (411,992 kilometers)
Just had an accident in the rain so might need a new front end... nothing engine wise... just cosmetic and alignment to the front end... radiator was pushed up and its hard to close the hood...

dang these 1st gen TL's keep going and going..... hmm makes me think I should pick up a 2.5 TL as a beater possibly.
is it because the 1st gen TL's are built in Japan vs the 2nd and 3rd gens are built in Ohio?
