Damn almost 5 years, and ONLY 400 posts, haha. But ya you been around. I got here in later part of 2001.

 

when you became a member I barely turned 13, and was barely starting junior high and learning about cars and starting to save for mine(just happened to be a TL).

 

riding around in my scooter to the barber shop ..... ahhh the good old days

 

OG here too.. Had a 1997 TL 2.5 In 1999. Totaled it in April 2001.. Brought a Legend Coupe.

Man...back in the days, I got a '96 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer with only 34,000 miles in May of 2000 as my graduation present from high school. Sold it 6 months ago with 120k miles for $6,700 and bought my '96 TL with only 62,000 miles for $9,000. Not a bad deal at all.

 

geez i bought my acura in 99 for $19k with 18k miles, now its got 105k miles, and dont even drive it anymore...LOL.. wife has it...

 

I love that sc in your avatar. That'll hopefully be my next car if I can ever find a sc300 5 spd or i'll stick with turbo hondas

I paid like 7500 in 2002 for a black 97 3.2TL with 90k miles, it had ugly peeling gold and rock chips in the front from going on the freeway. Now the cars close to 120k miles.

 

Damn, back then I was driving a Civic.

 

i got my car in 96 and im only at 96k miles! My shit is bananas; b-a-n-a-n-a-s

 

back then i was driving a... er wait i wasnt driving at all

but before the TL i was driving a 92 corolla that would NOT hit 100mph, now its like too easy with the TL
