Maintanance Schedules

Does anyone know what the scheduled maintanance is at 120,000 miles?

I don't have my manual and edmunds.com isn't letting me look up the schedule.

Also, how much does this maintanance usually cost?

Engine oil filter

Inspect air cleaner filter

Inspect valve clearances (2.5 TL)

Inspect drive belts. Adjust if necessary

Replace front differential fluid if necessary.

Inspect brakes

Check parking brake, adjust if necessary.

Your costs will depend on how much if any is necessary. It could be as little as 20 dollars for an oil change.

Have them check your VIN at the dealership, see if there is anything for recalls on your car too. I bought my car, and got new ball joints, exhaust manifold, O2 sensor (it went bad on me) all under warantee/recall.

I brought it to another dealership for a transmission fluid flush (which made me notice a HUGE difference) and he asked to check the VIN on my 97 2.5. He put it in the computer and told me that Ican get a free "ignition kit". From what I understand, Acura has something with the government, and they do what they can to keep emmisions down and comply with the standards that are set. So I get new spark plugs/wires/oil/filter change, free of charge

Yeah, there is an emissions recall on certain TL models. I got mine done at 105,000 miles and an RL for a loaner
