depends on what kind of car you got...
if you got the 3.2 trim, you are SOL
if you got the 2.5... you can get either eibachs or goldlines for springs, i think intrax makes them also... not sure...
shocks you can go with tokico's or koni yellow sports made for a 90-97 accord... do a search as the part numbers have been posted up...
coilovers you can go ground control... note these are just the sleeves and not the full thing.

as for install, hell you can do it yourself... just rent a spring compressor from autozone or something, set off a whole day, and work on it... much cheaper than paying to get it done... but to have it done, i think it would cost about 150-200 in labor? i could be wrong >_>

I bought the Goldline springs that were a 1.7" drop. It was perfect for 18" rims.

Ive got Eibach Sportline on my 2.5. 1.7" drop as well. I ended up needing a front camber kit cause my tires were wearing real bad. I need to get that bitch installed still though. You can of course install the springs yourself, just make sure you ahve all the right tools, or else itll be a real HUGE pain in the ass I got my front and rears installed for $170 total, but my bro paid like 180 or so just for the fronts when he got his prokit installed on his 3.2. I guess they dont make the prokit any more though for the 3.2. I guess it all depends on where you go as to how much it will cost.
