I was wondering what everyone paid for their TL?? i paid $16,000 after taxes. but i put $5000 down so i cut that price. i have a 96 2.5TL with 59,000 miles.

In Sept of '98 I picked up the last WDP 3.2TL they had in their lot. It only had 17 miles on it too. The sticker was $33,600. But I got a corporate deal that brought them down to $27,700. Not a bad deal considering the new '99's were just rolling in...

A guy I know just traded in his 96 3.2TL with over 140K and got 2,500. I would have picked it up. Not sure what I would have done, but I have two youngsters that will be driving in a few years - mothball and keep it for them maybe...

He had one offer for 2K as trade in where he bought his car. Showed him 2500 at Carmax and they honored it to make the deal. It was very clean, but the ugly green with tan - if it was a different color, would have been bummed on missing the deal.
