203,000 miles is a lot man... If it wasn't you that put those miles on the car i wouldn't have gotten it... buuut... i'm pretty sure it'll last you at least another 75,000 to 100,000 miles more before it needs any major repairs...

Check if the timeing belt package has been done to it...
If you hear clicking... make sure you get the valves adjusted...
tune up would be a good idea within the next 5,000 to 10,000 miles...
and keep its regular scheduled oil changes...

And i'm sure it'll be fine...

Oh and since its a 97... you might want to see if the recall has been done to it... the stealership might let you slide with it since its over 140,000 miles...

Welcome to the forum... you got a good car... but a little bit overused...

just take care of it and do the necessary maintenence... if u fix something minor before it becomes serious, the car will last u forever.. i have a few friends with Legends that are well over 300k miles and still running strong... the car is even cleaner than my 98

At 200 something miles, I would check these and maybe change them.

-Spark plugs
-fuel filter
-battery
-radiator fluid change
-oil change
-transmission filter change and flush
-emissions recall
-belts
-alternator
-water hoses
-tires
-brakes
-AC recharge
-Thermostat

For any car, if its at 200 something miles, always check the alternator.
I was stranded twice with 2 differents cars from my past experience.
