Headed to the breaker yard tomorrow. Anyone need anything small?
found a local junk yard with two 3.2s in it. was going to head up tomorrow to pick up a few things. does anyone have any minor requests for parts i should look out for? i am only taking my corolla so i can't lug anything big/heavy.
this place pulls the parts for you, but i'll see if i can get onto the yard to check out the condition of the cars and take pics if people need.

word up man that would be so sweet. i was gonna do a super cool project then it failed and now im lighter free and have no way to charge my phone and it makes it suck to use my gps haha

Tool Kit
If you are still taking requests, I could really use the tool kit that goes with the spare tire (I've got the tire and jack, but all that is worthless without that kit)!
My cup holder's lid's latch is broken also-- but I see there are lots of folks looking for that cup holder part, so please tend to them first. I did a quick and dirty fix for that by the way in case anyone is intersted. I was going to take the magnet approach ("Mandy's fix") but discovered that if I simply removed one of the two counterbalance springs, that my lid would stay down when down and could be opened and would remain open under the tension of the remaining spring.

i am waiting for the weather to get better... with all the cold weather and snow we have been having in the area, they haven't been able to get my part off the car yet... they have me on the waiting list so just waiting for the call, then i will go check out the rest of the parts for everyone...
