Yup... that really sucks... Do you have stock rims, or aftermarket? Hopefully driving on the flat didn't damage the rim.

So how much snow have you had in the last week?

Yea changing tires on our cars isn't easy...I guess inside of the rim is oxidized and it's a b*tch to come off. Try banging it from the other side of the wheel but keep a lugnut on so the wheel doesn't fly off....we got about 23" out here in RI....I need to move to Miami!

yea i think the brake dust got inside and rusted the bolts and the back of the bolt holes on the rim

Yeah.... with aluminum wheels we gotta remove them then put them back on just before winter just to break the oxidation that forms during the year... dissimilar metals (aluminum wheel and steel plate) tend to bond together when they're really cranked tight. It just gets worse over the winter as things stay frozen.

I used to do that all the time with my integra, then I got a little can of anti-sieze compound and I haven't had any trouble since. Just a thin film acts as a buffer, but doesn't hamper the wheel from being torqued on. If you ever need to take the wheel off it's a LOT easier.
