Actually I did some serious research on whether there were any 1995 TL's..

There arent

Some were built in 1995, but they were '96 models.

I can't really tell from the pics, but does the unit stick out noticeably? How much of a difference would that kit really make?

in japan companys such as alpine eclipse made their own kits. they are made out of hard smooth plastic and metal...i had one in my acura integra before....much better than the metra one...because they don't warp overtime

1st of all it looks damn good!! 2nd I'm hatin on your gauges, wish I had those instaed of the indiglo. Well now that I see how good yours looks I wanna copy (probably like everyone else lol)

My question is I was looking on ebay and seen some I think *NEW* from china (Hong Kong) for $200 or so U.S. dollars I was wondering how safe it was to purchase (In your opinion) because thats dirt cheap for us but prolly alot to them.

Im asking to anyone with an idea because I have only used ebay a few times and if I really can pay $200 for it and get it im on it !

scam.... alot of them will say.... "buy now for 200!!! just email me at this address!!!"... wish it was that good but its not. i must have reported 20 ppl doing that. first sign of a scam.... they use a different email link then the standard ebay "ask a question" link. them not using the ebay one makes it so ebay cant track there ass. makes it alittle harder id guess. i think i got the best deal youll find on ebay for this type of unit. seems used at about 1000 is the norm. mine NEW for 845 made me shit myself just about!

and thanks for the gauges! i think my interior looks good as fuck IMO. i hope everyone copys my ass tho. www.tec-toyz.com ... get 5 blue 168-194 bulbs. pull the cluster out and change the whites with blues. leave in the 2 74 over head ones tho so u can see the needles

A lesson I learned the hard way once (out 1000 $$)....

:killer: if it sounds too good to be true, it really is.

yea I know you always heard this as a kid, but it still applies.... except now we're talking about navi screens and not cookies and ice cream.

something like that, smooth hardplastic trim for honda cars, comes with metal sides so it screw on like toyota and nissan radio. and at the back there is a metal strip and run across with holes that line up to the stock bracket

This kit I posted is a kit for the 1st Gen. Saber, by Alpine. The rear strip you speak of may be the stock piece...
